Communication

Communication skills are essential to relationship building. Being an effective listener is one of most crucial tools one can practice. The more knowledge and skills we have about our jobs, our partner or any other individual that we encounter, the better we can succeed. It also enhances confidence that build within. How many people listen but don't hear? Listening is the most difficult and crucial skill in communication. Learning skills in effective communication will take you through life and make dealing with people a much more meaningful experience.

Three suggestions for effective communication

1.  Look into the other persons eyes while they speak as our eyes are windows to our soul.

2. Try not to think about what you are going to say while the other person is talking.

3. Never finish another person's sentence for them.  When we do this is has the other individual feeling less valued.

Just looking at these three suggestions can enhance communication in any situation!
